When Central Heating Services decided to help former soldier Darren Brady renovate his property, the company called upon its trusted supply partners.

As a thank you for 24 years of loyal service to Queen and country, Central Heating Services and its local Graham Plumbers’ Merchant worked closely with a number of leading brands to upgrade the property’s out-dated central heating system.

Mr Brady served with the Royal Green Jackets and the Royal Signals before he was forced to leave the army when his contract expired in May 2013. As such, Mr Brady purchased his first home in Aldershot, Hampshire to start a new life - however the property was in desperate need of renovation and the family had a minimal budget.

Central Heating Services, based in Aldershot for 30 years, decided to assist Mr Brady and his family. The local company brought Graham Plumbers’ Merchant on board who helped to co-ordinate with all the suppliers to ensure the right materials were delivered to site when required.

The result was a complete overhaul of the existing central heating system, including new Stelrad radiators, a Baxi boiler as well as a Honeywell wireless controlled heating system. Installed by the experienced team at Central Heating Services, the new system will now work efficiently and effectively.

Mr Brady said: “What Central Heating Services, Graham and their suppliers have done for us is absolutely fantastic. It has made us realise the benefit of having a really good central heating system, as they have turned what was an extremely cold house into a proper home. We simply cannot thank all parties involved enough.”

“We were absolutely delighted when Central Heating Services asked us to play a part in this project,” explained Ian Kenny, marketing director at Graham. “Giving back to the local communities in which we operate is important to us at Graham – and helping provide Darren Brady and his family with a high performing central heating system is something we’re very proud to have contributed to.”
