iflo appoints expert to drive brand awareness

iflo has appointed Steve MacDavid as merchant own brand director to propel awareness through his extensive knowledge of building brands within competitive markets.

Mr MacDavid has more than 20 years of experience in the retail industry, having held previous roles at M&S, Woolworths, and most recently at SSP.

“Having spent 20 years of my career in the retail sector, the move to the trade sector is one I am really looking forward to,” he said. “I am very excited to work with iflo, as the brand already has such a strong offering due to the world-class design and guarantees that apply to each product. I’m confident that the market will be incredibly receptive to it.

“We are seeing homeowners take a real interest in the design of their bathroom while trying to abide by new eco regulations, minimise water usage, and reduce energy bills. As house sizes get smaller, bathroom designers also need to accommodate this demand without impacting on the aesthetics of a room. This all means that now is a really exciting time for the bathroom industry and one I am keen to get involved in.”
