Culligan to supply merchants after three-year absence

Published:  05 August, 2013

Culligan UK recently announced that its extensive range of water treatment products will be made available through builders’ merchants for the first time in three years.

Due to legal reasons, which involved a change in the company structure, Culligan UK has not been permitted to market any of its products through builders’ merchants’ channels between June 2010 and July 2013.

Commenting on the lifting of restrictions, Culligan’s general manager Mark Savill said: “I’m pleased to announce that as from 7 July 2013, genuine Culligan water treatment products will now be available through selected builders’ merchants across the UK.

“Culligan is back in builders’ merchants with an improved product range, a dedicated sales force, back-up service and contact points. I would like to remind our customers that the only places to buy genuine Culligan water treatment products are through builders’ merchants or directly from Culligan UK. They are not available through any third-party re-sellers or other distributors.”
