BSRIA has joined together with NHBC to provide a comprehensive compliance- and energy-related service for housebuilders.
As of 30 May, BSRIA is supplying all on-site airtightness-testing services to NHBC clients. Tests and full certification are usually undertaken within 24 hours of booking and there is reduced on-site testing time, minimising disruption. This will further enhance the value of the NHBC SAP and EPC assessments, Building Control and warranty service.
Special arrangements to deliver results directly to the SAP assessor will ensure a high level of service to clients. In addition to air permeability tests, BSRIA can supply Part F ventilation testing during the same site visit, or Part L2 testing for communal areas and non-residential properties.
