Buttle’s trade exhibition proves a hit with visitors

Published:  30 May, 2013

The St Albans branch of Buttle recently held a customer trade exhibition on 23 May, 2013, which was supported by 36 of its top suppliers and attended by over 100 customers.

The exhibition was held in the grounds of the Old Albanian Sports Club in St Albans, with a number of activities taking place throughout the event. These included an opportunity for customers to win a Ford Ranger pick-up, a BBQ for visitors, and entertainment by comedian Ian Irving. An iPad supplied by Rowlinson Timber was also auctioned, raising over £400, which was donated to The Variety Club of Great Britain charity.

Nick Georgiou, the St Albans branch manager, said the response to the event by both customers and suppliers was extremely encouraging and judging by the number of enquiries and orders received, it could easily turn into an annual event.
