Duff & Phelps complete sale for remaining WTB Trading depots

Following the sale of other branches, the sale of the Redruth, Penrith and Sittingbourne WTB Trading depots was finally completed on 12 April 2013 to Civils Store.

Civils Store acquired the business assets (stock and chattels) of the remaining depots.

Philip Duffy of Duff & Phelps commented: “We are delighted to have completed the successful sale of the final remaining depots owned by WTB Trading Limited to Civils Store Limited.”

Mr Duffy, Steve Clancy and David Whitehouse were appointed as joint administrators to WTB Trading on 23 November 2012. They were also appointed over WTB Group on 27 November 2012, WT Burden on 5 December 2012, WTB investments (No:1) on 6 December 2012 and WTB Holdings on 28 February 2013.
