Lovell starts building in North West

Lovell is to start four newbuild housing schemes in the North West, including a £1.3m project to build 14 bungalows in Wythenshawe, Manchester for Parkway Green Housing Trust.

The other deals include a £2.8m development of 33 houses and bungalows for Halton Housing Trust at Linkway, Runcorn, a £2.44m affordable housing development of 26 homes for Knowsley Housing Trust in Huyton, Knowsley, Merseyside and a £1.98m newbuild housing scheme in Barlow Street, Liverpool which will create 18 properties for Liverpool Mutual Homes.

In addition, Lovell has been chosen by West Lancashire Borough Council to carry out a five-year, £4m kitchen modernisation programme in Lancashire.
