Hanson Formpave appoints new technical sales manager

Mike MacRae has joined Hanson Formpave as technical sales manager for Scotland.

Mr MacRae has a degree in mechanical engineering and over 23 years’ sales experience in the building materials sector. He is tasked with providing support to Formpave’s customer base as well as promoting the company’s products and services.

Prior to joining Hanson, Mr MacRae worked for Marshalls as a regional trading manager. Of his new appointment, he said: “I am really excited to be joining Formpave as it is the key innovator when it comes to developing and supplying SUDS and water harvesting systems using specialist concrete paving.

“I look forward to promoting the products in Scotland and getting to know the local customer base.”

Hanson Formpave has supplied paving for a number of high-profile projects in Scotland, including 2,000sq m of Aquaflow permeable paving to a Miller Homes project in Edinburgh and over 3,000sq m to a Sanctuary Scotland housing association project in Gallowhill, Paisley.
