LEAMINGTON SPA: Wolseley's Sustainable Building Center (SBC) at Leamington Spa will celebrate its second birthday next month with a new-look website that aims to show users that it is more than just a pretty face.

As well as having a fresher, more up-to-date look, the site content has also been restyled to give users easier access to the ever-changing range of products available and will highlight the dedicated sales line for orders.

The new site, which has retained the SBC's trade-mark green colour scheme, has been designed by Leamington-based Big Picture Interactive following a competitive pitch.

Tim Pollard, head of sustainability, said: "The old website was created before the SBC opened and was very much about the building and the build-up to its opening. Two years on, our focus has changed to promoting the range of products available and the website needs to reflect that.

"We also had some technical difficulties in up-dating the old site, which meant the information on it was sometimes out-of-date, but this new one is linked in with our internal product database, which will enable users to access the very latest information about what is available and when.

"We also want customers to understand that the website isn't just a show case for available products but that they can also review and place order enquiries through it."
