We are retained by one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of SANITARYWARE & BRASSWARE products who, due to continued success, are seeking to recruit a professional CONTRACT SUPPORT MANAGER to join their successful team within the South East.

Our Clients have a core customer base within the Contract and Specification sectors where it enjoys great success with a high quality project list within the Residential, Commercial, Hospitality and Leisure sectors across the globe. They also have a major presence within the High End retailers and also the trade merchants where they have built some longstanding relationships which this role will assist in keeping.

The Role

To assist key contractors, developers and installers with any technical challenges while working alongside the Area Sales Manager and also provide product and installation training across the region.

Key responsibilities

· To attend customer service meetings with key accounts and developers when required

· Meet with contractors and installers onsite to provide installation training as and when required

· Be able to troubleshoot any challenges that may arise either over the telephone or via a site visit

· To self manage your area and diary and achieve set targets and goals

· Maintain, the CRM to ensure accurate data at all times

· Be mindful of Health & Safety and risk management in all that you do

The Candidate

The ideal individual should have some maintenance and customer service experience along with being a clear and confident communicator, along with the ability to liase and build strong relationships with colleagues, key contractors, developers and installers. Ideally would also have a good general knowledge of sanitary ware/brassware products and also be very technically minded regarding installation and ongoing maintenance of the product base.
