A brand new showroom and trade counter have been added to SIG Roofing’s Gloucester branch following a major refurbishment.

Branch Director Ken Giddins said that the team wanted to “modernise” the branch and make the new showroom “warm and inviting”, with more space to showcase a wider range of products.

The branch was relaunched with a special open day last week, when visitors had the opportunity to talk to SIG Roofing’s product and technical experts, take advantage of promotional offers, and enjoy bacon and sausage sandwiches.

They were also joined by a product specialists from mechanics Fixx-R, who did demonstrations throughout the day on EPDM rubber.

Giddins added: “This was all about enhancing the service we provide our customers.

“The footfall in our Gloucester branch has always been good, but we are not a company that rests on its laurels and there’s always more you can do to improve the customer experience.

“The good news is the refurbishment has gone down really well.

“The feedback we have received has been excellent and I am delighted with the response we have had to our new look facilities.”
