RIPON: Internet retailer, UKbathrooms reported a tripling of its January sales compared with January 2009.
Mark Walters said: "January 2010 has proved again that the Internet sales of bathroom equipment has continued to grow year on year. The industry as a whole has seen a quiet period during 2009, however UK Bathrooms have continued to grow and out perform sales turnover month on month during this time and expect continued growth throughout 2010."
UKBathrooms has sold more shower enclosures and shower accessories. There has been a 72% increase in the number of people looking to buy showers from UK Bathrooms in January 2010 compared to this time last year and this figure is expected to rise as the year progresses the company said.
