Bristan Group has been shortlisted in two categories in the UK Customer Experience Awards.

The Group, parent company of the Bristan and Heritage Bathrooms brands, has been nominated for ‘Best Contact Centre Small – Customer Satisfaction’ and ‘Best Employee Engagement – the Voice of Employees’.

This is the third time it has been shortlisted for the Awards.

The winners will be announced at the ceremony on 11 October at Wembley Stadium.
