A Show Garden which won two awards at this year’s BBC Gardener’s World Live contained raised pond and edible beds.

The Tesco ‘Every Little Helps’ garden was designed by Owen Morgan, Managing Director of Mosaic Garden Design, in partnership with Tesco. Ten panels of fencing from Grange’s Contemporary range were used down one side of the garden, and four along another.

It won a Gold Medal and the title of ‘Best Constructed Garden’ at the show which took place in the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham. Morgan said he was “over the moon with the finished result”.

The design also included an informal lounge area, raised pond, Mediterranean-inspired border, artificial lawn play area, den-making and secret garden within a wildlife area, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen/bar and edible beds.

Morgan said: “Grange gave us lots of support. The company advised us on the best way to put the fencing together, the best fittings to use, and were terrific in how they handled the supply of such a large quantity of panels on time, ready for us to start using them exactly when we needed them.

“We had lots of positive feedback from our contractors and visitors to the show on the fencing, which made a big difference to how good the finished garden looked.”
