Gibbs & Dandy Bournemouth has donated materials to help build a new outdoor firing range for young army cadets.

With counter sales staff member Albert Critchley assistance, the Bournemouth branch has donated a range of materials to help the cadets build the outdoor firing range, which will allow for essential firing training to be carried out in a safe environment.

Albert said: “I joined the army cadets in my younger years, progressing into the army when I left school, and was keen to give something back to the organisation that inspired me all those years ago.

“The army encourages its cadets them to aim high and pursue their goals no matter what they aim to do in later life, and as a result they become more independent and confident for what they do.

“As a branch, Gibbs and Dandy Bournemouth is proud to support the development of the Rossmoor army cadets and looks forward to seeing them further excel with their training.”
