The Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) has announced that it will be supporting the Vado/Pavestone Rally, which is taking place from 7-10 June, 2018, for the third consecutive year next year.

As part of the BMF's fundraising, the Federation has agreed with the organisers of the VADO Rally that the proceeds of the 2018 event will be divided equally between Variety, the children's charity and the Rainy Day Trust.

This year’s Pavestone Rally raised over £150,000 for charity, and the 2018 VADO Rally, which will go from England to Copenhagen, is aiming to raise a staggering £200,000.

Teams from the BMF enjoyed the 2016 and 2017 rallies so much (particularly after their victory in 2017!), that they will be taking part for a third year. John Newcomb, Chief Executive Officer of the BMF will also be joining the team next year for the first time.

Along the way you will complete challenges, laugh lots, and help raise money for the two charities. Teams are encouraged to focus on dressing their crew and the car rather than their engines.

The entry fee is £400 per person based on twin rooms or £600 per person single occupancy. The fee covers hotel accommodation, breakfast and the ferry crossing. It doesn’t cover the car, insurance, fuel, lunch, drinks and dinner (apart from the presentation dinner on the final evening.
