With just a few weeks remaining before the third annual Howarth Timber and Building Supplies’ Trade Day Bonanza, the event already looks set to surpass the success of last year.

Delegate registrations are current more than double the numbers signed up at the same stage in 2016, with all the signs that the event will once again attract over 1,000 visitors in the course of the day.

The event takes place on Friday 10 November, and is once again hosted at the Leeds United Conference Centre at Elland Road, Leeds. This year, suppliers such as Pavestone, Velux, Makita and Siniat will be showcasing their products, with special offers and exclusive deals available at the event.

The increased interest is likely to continue as more and more trade customers sign up for a chance to win Howarth Timber’s ‘golden ticket’ draw, with the chance to win a Nissan NV 200 van or a Nissan Micra worth over £15,000.

To be included in the ‘golden ticket’ draw, customers must spend £250 or more in a single transaction either before or during the trade day, and must attend the event to have a shot at the big prize. Runners up will have the opportunity to take home a host of other prizes, including a tablet, games console and vouchers, worth a total of £2,500.

Howarth Timber’s Marketing and Product Development Manager, Neale Brewster, said: "Following the success of the first two Trade Days, it’s no surprise that interest is running high this year, as tradespeople know that this is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of never-to-be-repeated deals and offers.

“With the added incentive of the ‘golden ticket’ prize, we expect to see a surge of registrations in the next few weeks as the event draws closer, so I encourage anyone thinking of attending to sign up for free as soon as possible to avoid missing out.”
