Gibbs & Dandy Nottingham has helped an ITV garden makeover show hosted by Alan Titchmarsh to transform outdoor spaces for an inspirational cause.

The builders’ and timber merchants, which has 30 branches nationwide, donated a range of timber items to ITV’s Love Your Garden, which transforms outdoor spaces for deserving individuals across the country.

Gibbs & Dandy’s donation helped Alan Titchmarsh and his team to create a productive garden kitchen at Nottingham School of Boxing, as well as a calming, Moroccan-inspired sanctuary at the home of the school’s inspirational founder, boxing coach Marcellus Baz.

Gibbs & Dandy Nottingham branch director James Truman said: “The tireless work carried out by Marcellus and Nottingham Boxing School, transforming the lives of local young people, is truly inspirational and when approached by Alan’s team we jumped at the chance to help.

“The Love Your Garden designers have created two beautiful outdoor spaces that will have a positive impact for years to come. The team at Gibbs & Dandy Nottingham is delighted to have been able to play a part in making these designs a reality.”
