It will include presentations about where demands are coming from in the business and information about the grants and funding available to educate your staff.

Market developments and what the merchant needs to do will also be addressed.

From the introduction by BMF chairman Terry Parker, through to Charles Phillips – DECC Department of Energy & Climate Change's presentation, the conference will also examine how the market will develop and what the merchant is expected to do.

In addition, product technologies and competitive threats will be aired. A panel discussion will round off the proceedings.
