Regional Operations Managers – RGB Building Supplies

RGB is an independent, family-owned builders’ merchant based in the south west, in business since 1850 and currently with 20 branches employing more than 350 staff.

Due to continued growth, and further anticipated expansion and diversification, the company has conducted a review, which has resulted in new positions being required. All roles will require travel throughout the south west region.

RGB is looking to recruit two Regional Operations Managers who will report into the Operations Director. These new roles will be integral in the continued development and growth of the business, while maintaining the culture of a family run, independent firm.

Responsibilities will include the support and continued development of Branch Managers to continue to enhance sales and margin performance, while working closely with senior management to support on business strategy incorporating areas such as health and safety, product performance, COC, kitchens and bathrooms, merchandising, systems integration etc.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience with excellent people management skills, as well as a good understanding of the merchant sector and a broad product knowledge.
