Due to the opening of a new branch, they are looking for a Showroom Sales Manager for their Kitchen Showroom. This will be a mixture of selling to both trade and retail customers with a focus towards trade. The plan is for this to be a mid-range showroom with approximately 8 kitchens on display.

The Role

• Establish and continue to develop a Kitchen Showroom within a new branch

• Conduct customer home / site visits

• Build a genuine rapport with customers to ensure excellent customer service

• Provide customers with CAD drawings using 20/20 software and resulting quotations

• Demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of all legislation relevant to kitchen installations

• Create profitable sales growth

• To negotiate sales, in accordance with sales budgets and gross profit margin targets

• Manage specific customer pricing terms

• Be aware of customer credit limits at all times

• Ensure that quotations are followed up

• Ensure all sales are invoiced and processed accurately

• Develop and maintain working relationship with customers and suppliers

• Maintain showroom standards to the company required level

• To observe the Company’s health and safety at work policy

• Any other duties deemed reasonable within the scope of the job role

Full training will be provided on all internal systems and finance software. The successful candidate will be required to work on Saturday mornings. A current driving licence is essential.
