Sensio Lighting has appointed Paul Harvey as operations director for the business, overseeing the operational effectiveness of the supply chain, warehouse, customer services and marketing functions.
Mr Harvey joined Sensio in August 2015 as operations manager and was appointed as director from last month after a successful year reducing delivery times, increasing on time in full (OTIF) deliveries and the volume of electronic orders for the company.
Director Michael Linsky said of the appointment: “We are delighted to welcome Paul on to the board of directors. He joined Sensio with a wealth of operational experience, having worked both in-house and as a consultant in customer services and operations for over 40 years. He has made a positive difference to the business, which our customers have already recognised and our plan will ensure that continues.”
