bcg launches ‘rate my call’

Published:  24 October, 2016

bcg has launched a new customer feedback survey to monitor and improve customer service levels.

Customers can win £100 of Love2Shop vouchers or a £100 donation to a charity of their choice just by answering a satisfaction survey at the end of every call. bcg representatives will be scored against how satisfied the customer is with their call and whether their enquiry was dealt with in a timely manner.

The launch comes ahead of the busy heating season and the business has already reported an increase in customer satisfaction scores.

Andy Hibbert, customer support centre manager at bcg, said: “At bcg we are committed to constantly delivering customer service excellence and identified the need for a regular channel to receive constructive feedback. The survey takes less than a minute, and provides us with real insight into how happy our customers are with the service they receive. Now we are well prepared for the busy trading season that is upon us.”
