Encon Insulation appreciates how difficult it can be for independent builders’ merchants to compete with larger national chains. That’s why the business has introduced a dedicated and experienced merchant team as part of an ongoing commitment to become the “distributor of choice” for independent merchants.
Following feedback from independent merchants for better communication, each customer will have a local account manager who they can call upon. All of whom are supported by Encon Insulation’s technical and skilled delivery teams across its UK network of 20 branches.
Encon will also be offering personalised advice about the most effective solutions for various applications, in conjunction with exclusive product offers and on-going training. Additionally, the dedicated service includes prompt quotation turnaround, fast track collection, flexible nationwide deliveries (including part loads), a delivery lead-time promise and competitive pricing.
