Travis Perkins Managed Services awarded Tpas Quality Mark

Travis Perkins Managed Services, which provides maintenance materials and supply chain planning for public sector organisations, has been awarded the Supplier Quality Mark by Tpas, the tenant engagement company.

The Tpas Supplier Quality Mark is a clear set of standards providing an assessment of awareness and contribution to customer care and resident engagement, with an independent validation of the scope and quality that services (or products) deliver, and is responsive to the needs of both potential and existing customers.

Managed Services is the first supplier to be awarded the Quality Mark, meeting Tpas’ standards of communication; service delivery improvements; customer care; staff development and diversity and community partnerships.
