Covers donates materials to Bosham Cricket Club

Published:  06 July, 2016

Bosham Cricket Club has received a donation of materials from Covers Timber & Builders Merchants in Chichester.

Located in the village of Bosham, the club is an integral part of the local community, which has had cricket at its heart for over 100 years. The club field is an adult team that competes in the West Sussex Invitation League, and a junior team that competes in the Sussex West area.

The materials donated by Covers will be used to put up a fence boundary around the club’s pitch.

Chairman of Bosham Cricket Club Rory Gogarty said: “We’re so grateful for the materials that Covers has provided to Bosham Cricket Club. The club is in great need of a boundary around the pitch, so the company’s help is very much appreciated.”

Henry Green, managing director at Covers, added: “We’re very proud to be supporting Bosham Cricket Club, and I am delighted that Covers could contribute to fulfilling the demand for a pitch boundary.”
