Improving support team at Lecico

Lecico Bathrooms has made two new appointments to strengthen its customer service support team.

Anthony Dale and James Hownam have joined the team as aftersales coordinators. Both are relatively new to the Lecico business, but they bring a wealth of experience from the industry.

Mr Dale is a fully qualified plumber with previous experience working at Armitage Vanesta, while Mr James has over 10 years of sales and customer services experience from the bathroom product sector.

Their role will be to support Lecico Bathrooms customers by working closely with the sales, supply chain and finance departments to continually improve the levels of Lecico service.
