Trade Talk 2016 off to a flying start

Published:  21 April, 2016

Plumb Center’s Trade Talk 2016 roadshow is off to a flying start, with attendees praising the first events as “truly insightful”. The free events bring together industry experts, installers, suppliers and local Plumb and Parts Center branch teams, offering installers insight and tips for making installers' businesses more efficient.

Installers can brush up on product knowledge with interactive presentations and technical demonstrations, enjoy complimentary food and drink, receive offers and giveaways and even win a brand new iPad.

Teams will also be demonstrating Plumb Center’s new online Radiator Selector Tool and ERP resource zone and calculator – free resources to help make installers' lives easier.

Neil Pike, a local Nottingham installer, said: "I found the event truly insightful and taking time out to come along was an investment into my business. There was a great selection of trade suppliers and anyone who wants to learn about new products and free tools online available to installers should make sure they attend.”

Paul Bradshaw, head of marketing operations at Plumb Center, said: “The response from installers so far has been really positive. We’ve been pleased that our multichannel investment has been a hit, with live stock availability and technical information proving very popular.

“We’ve been listening to customer feedback for some time now and this roadshow has given us the opportunity to publicly showcase our response, which has been warmly welcomed."

There are 10 dates Trade Talk roadshow dates left, with the next event taking place on Tuesday 26 April in Watford.
