Builders' Merchant Co's new branch in Hull.

Further expansion for Builders’ Merchant Co

Published:  08 April, 2016

Builders' Merchant Co has announced the opening of its second branch in Hull.

A spokesperson for the independent builders’ merchant said: “Due to the increasing level of our business based on the north side of the Humber, it seemed only fitting to locate our first expansion in Sutton Fields Industrial Estate, Hull. Scunthorpe is considered our ‘Mothership’ branch, stocking a huge range of products on our 4-acre site, and will support the new satellite depots.

“Hull is the first of five new regional branches with four more in the planning stage over the next five years. Our Hull branch and further outlets will offer our customers the "Aldi" effect, stocking what customers buy on a day-to-day basis, with specials coming from our Scunthorpe branch.”
