Growth continues for Williams & Co

Published:  06 April, 2016

Southern-based Williams & Co has increased its total number of branches to 30, with the opening of a new branch in Romford.

The independent, trade-only plumbing and heating wholesaler opened the store in early April 2016.

Located just off the A127, the new branch in Romford is the latest addition as part of the continuing expansion plan for Williams & Co, increasing the number of its outlets in and around Greater London.

Managing director Ray Stafford said: "I am delighted to be able to bring our traditional, independent service to Romford and surrounding areas, offering transparent pricing on popular brands to the trade."

The independent merchant was founded in 1972 and was recently recognised by the London Stock Exchange as being "one of the 1,000 most inspiring businesses in the UK".

The company specialises in supplying self-employed tradesmen and small independent businesses across the South East through its branch network, and nationally from its e-commerce platform www.tradeonlyplumbing.co.uk.
