Speedy announces changes to senior management team

Published:  31 March, 2016

Speedy has announced some directorate changes ahead of releasing its full year results in May, also noting that its full year adjusted profit before tax is anticipated to be in line with market expectations.

The group is pleased to announce that Rob Barclay will join the board as a non-executive director from 1 April. He has also been appointed chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will join the Nomination and Audit Committees.

Further to the announcement in December that Chris Morgan had been appointed as interim finance director, the group is pleased to say that Mr Morgan has now been appointed on a permanent basis and will join the board as an executive director.

As well as these appointments, Bob Contreras, who joined the board in December 2015, will assume the role of senior independent director with immediate effect.
