Oliver Ginger has been appointed to the Origin board of directors in the latest demonstration of growth for the company.
His promotion to the board follows a transformative 10 years in the business, during which time Mr Ginger has seen Origin undergo a paradigm shift from being a small door manufacturer to a global aluminium systems company. Currently in the role of supply chain director, Mr Ginger has worked in almost every area of the Origin business during his tenure. This broad knowledge base and hands on experience will be a valuable addition to the board.
During his time at Origin, Mr Ginger has helped successfully implement the company’s unique ‘your lead time, not ours’ promise which required a complete restructure of the business model. Under his guidance, Origin has achieved an unrivalled customer service record with a 100% delivery success rate. Additionally, the business has expanded its product range to include a new window, one of the only windows in the UK that offers Aerogel as an optional upgrade for greater thermal efficiency, as well as a complementing electric blinds system. Such is the success of this new business model that Origin has expanded into the Dubai and US markets, and continues to have ambitious growth and innovation targets.
