Lydia Sharples has joined the Encon Group as its new head of marketing and communications as it continues to grow the business.

With over 15 years marketing experience and formerly working at Knauf Insulation for eight years, Ms Sharples brings a wealth of marketing knowledge and communication expertise, with particular relevance from the construction industry.

The role of marketing is critical to the Group and I have no doubt that her experience will be invaluable to us as we move forward.”
