Carl Kammerling Launches Deep Cut Promotion

Published:  25 November, 2015

Carl Kammerling International is demonstrating its continued support of retailers with a Deep Cut price promotion on its popular new C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw. The promotion will run in conjunction with a nationwide advertising campaign that will provide exposure and drive footfall for trade customers.

The heavyweight advertising campaign will run across national newspapers and radio stations, as well as being backed by a solid PR campaign and social media activity, to drive customer demand and increase profits for retailers during the winter period.

Running from Monday 26th October until the end of the year, Carl Kammerling’s Deep Cut promotion will include special pricing, offering up to 75% discount. Other incentives such as C.K Sabretooth Trade branded T-shirts, free stock worth over £70, and free in-store POS material are available when customers place an order of 100 C.K Sabretooth Trade Saws.

Carl Kammerling launched the new C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw range to address efficiency issues in the industry. It offers an impressive combination of speed, durability and comfort.

Featuring razor sharp, triple ground ‘turbo cut’ teeth, the C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw provides superior cutting performance compared with double ground teeth found on some market leading competitors. In fact, independent testing carried out by the Cutlery and Allied Trades Research Association (CATRA) found that the C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw outperforms other UK market leading brands, providing up to 22 per cent faster cutting performance.

In addition to superior cutting performance, the C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw offers an extended working life thanks to its premium quality, SK5 alloy steel blade and induction hardened ‘stay sharp’ hardpoint teeth, providing strength and longevity.

Ensuring maximum comfort in use, the C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw features a dual component, cushion grip handle, ergonomically designed to further enhance the accuracy and quality of cut and provide effortless sawing with a sure grip. The handle also offers the convenience of 45° and 90° marking out angles.

Featuring three saws -the Sabretooth Trade 840 Universal Saw in both 20” and 22” with 7 teeth per inch, and the Sabretooth Trade 940 Fine Cut Saw in 22” with 9 teeth per inch, providing more efficient and accurate and cleaner cuts to finer jobs – the C.K Sabretooth Trade range has become a firm favourite among tradesmen.

Graham Godfrey, brand manager, C.K tools commented: “The Deep Cut promotion is an exciting new campaign to take to market. As with all our promotions, the Deep Cut deal has been designed to help our customers generate worthwhile profit margins and our investment in advertising provides further support to retailers, by driving footfall.

“The new C.K Sabretooth Trade Saw has been developed following extensive research resulting in a saw that offers advanced cutting performance and a longer working life.”

The Deep Cut promotion and advertising campaign will run until 31st December 2015.
