City Heating Spares (CHS), the specialist spares offering of City Plumbing Supplies (CPS), has pledged to support time-pressured customers this festive season by offering flexible next day deliveries until Christmas Eve; making it possible to place orders up to 8pm on Wednesday 23 December for delivery at 8am the next day.
In addition to the specialist courier, which makes late night orders available as soon as the trade counter opens, many emergency orders can be fulfilled with same-day delivery thanks to company-wide stock visibility which locates and sources the required spares from other branches.
Dave Rigby, CHS spares director, said: “The heating season equals much higher demand for spares and, for the installer, a higher number of emergency jobs. As a result, we’ve invested in services to help our customers receive the spares they need quickly, even at peak times during the festive season.”
In addition to the boosted service before Christmas Eve, orders placed on 24 December will be delivered on 29 December, while orders placed on 31 December will be delivered on 4 January 2016.
