Karndean Designflooring joins Fortis

Published:  13 October, 2015

Karndean Designflooring is now an approved supplier to independent merchant buying group, Fortis, in response to industry demand for its easy-fit product ranges.

It’s the first time the merchant trade and Fortis members will have access to stock Karndean’s LooseLay and Palio Clic ranges.

Matthew Brown, national trade sales manager at Karndean Designflooring, said: “Since expanding our Karndean LooseLay collection, and bringing our Palio Clic to market this year, we’ve received a lot of interest from builders’ merchants looking to supply these products to the building trade.

“As easy-fit products, both ranges fit the requirements of the building trade, who are looking for a quick to install flooring solution when finishing a new bathroom or kitchen.

“Being a Fortis supply partner, we are now able to fill a gap in the marketplace and meet the needs of the building industry.”

Andrew Waters, category director for joinery, at Fortis, added: “We’re constantly looking to partner with established, national brands in order to offer our members access to the most innovative and market leading products.

“As the popularity for luxury vinyl flooring continues to grow, it’s never been a better time for our members to have access to Karndean Designflooring’s wood and stone effect designs.”
