New sales and marketing director appointed by Bond It

Bond It has appointed a new sales and marketing director to the company’s senior management team.
Paul Walters joins the manufacturer of sealants, adhesives, tiling products and other building chemicals, tasked with contributing to Bond It's expansion through the development of the company's sales and marketing functions.
He will also be instrumental in further building the Bond It brand and in growing the business’ customer base.
Paul brings with him a wealth of experience gained in multi-million organisations serving many of the same sectors as Bond It, his new employer says.
Prior to joining Bond It, Paul spent 21 years with the Calder Group, Europe’s largest producer of lead sheet and lead-based technical products.
During that time he is said to have enjoyed continued progression - initially joining its sales office purchasing before being promoted through various roles to the position of commercial director.
In this latter post, he was responsible for Calder’s building products division, which supplies builder’s merchants and the wider construction industry with products ranging from lead sheet and fabricated lead solutions, to lead tools, fixings and specialist underlays.
