Natural Paving Products recruits new support manager

Published:  24 July, 2015

Natural Paving Products (UK) has employed Craig Brook, a hard landscaping professional, as its installer support manager.

Bringing with him more than 23 years of experience, Mr Brook will be the main point of contact for members of Natural Paving Products’ Approved Landscaping Professionals (ALP) scheme and a source of product and installation knowledge.

Managing the scheme, he will be developing the way it operates and collating feedback from current members to maximise support for installers. Mr Brook will also uphold Natural Paving Products’ merchant-only policy by strengthening the relationships between members of the ALP scheme and merchants as well as building new ones.

In addition, Mr Brook will support non-members of the company’s ALP scheme, giving advice to contractors and designers. He will also act as a link between the company’s regional sales managers and landscaping professionals to provide the company’s merchant stockists with increased sales leads.

Mr Brook said: “Moving to Natural Paving Products has been a breath of fresh air. I’ve been really impressed with its passion to help the professionals on the ground and I can’t wait to get stuck in with building its membership scheme and offering a truly personalised service.

“I’m confident that with the product range and support Natural Paving Products offers we can make its ALP scheme the best in the industry.”

Malcolm Gough, business development director at Natural Paving Products said: “It is an absolute privilege to welcome Craig onto the team, his enthusiasm and drive, combined with his experience, make him the ideal candidate to take on the installer support manager role.

“Craig’s appointment will further improve what we can offer installers and I look forward to seeing how the scheme develops in the near future.”
