International Timber appoints sales director to service South East

International Timber has appointed Mathew Lewis as regional sales director for the South East of England.

With over 28 years’ of experience in the timber importing industry, Mr Lewis joins the company from Alsford Timber, where he spent five years as sales manager. In his new role Mr Lewis will be responsible for building and overseeing the 12-strong sales team at the firm’s Purfleet site.

On his appointment, Mr Lewis said: “I am thrilled to be joining International Timber’s South East sales team. To maintain the company’s quality offering, it is vital that we continue to build a strong team and sales structure. We are committed to giving our customers specialist advice and solutions to meet their needs.”
