Ideal Boilers adds live chat to Installer Connect service

Ideal Boilers has added a live chat feature to the members’ area of its ‘Installer Connect’ professional support network.

Installers can get their queries resolved instantly by clicking on the ‘Live Chat’ button, which will open up a dialogue box where they can post their question and chat to a member of the support team.

Live chat is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Over the weekend and out of office hours installers can use the ‘request a callback’ feature, or seek help from Ideal’s Twitter team.

Installer Connect rewards installers when they purchase an Ideal boiler and offers free Gas Safe and easy warranty registration.

Points can be redeemed on a range of tools to help grow business, including the ‘Marketing Toolbox’ promotional material creation tool, installer workwear and training courses.
