Naylor acquires surface protection business

Published:  08 June, 2015

Yorkshire-based Naylor Drainage has acquired the share capital of Congleton-based ADP Surface Solutions, a supplier of products designed to protect grass and gravel surfaces.

ADP’s stock will be relocated to Naylor’s Cawthorne site and will be incorporated into the company’s existing environmental division, which already offers a complementary range of plastic grass grids.

Naylor’s chief executive officer, Edward Naylor, said: “The acquisition of ADP is an exciting development for Naylor as we will be able to offer our customers a comprehensive range of surface protection products and solutions.”
