Sydenhams is proud to be supporting the ‘UK Charity Row 2015’ event, which sees four intrepid rowers take on the task of rowing 2,500 miles around the UK coastline in an old Australian surf boat.

Setting off from Boscombe Pier in Dorset on 2 May, the gruelling tour will take three and a half months to complete.

With the aim of raising £100,000 for two charities - Wessex Cancer Trust and the Royal Marines Charitable Trust Fund - the Bournemouth-based group of rowers are also hoping to break a Guinness World Record, especially with Sir Ranulph Fiennes as their patron.

Sydenhams would like to wish the group the very best of luck. If you would like to support the team, you can donate by visiting http://ukcharityrow2015.co.uk/.
