BoSS-approved sales centres launched by Deborah Services

Published:  10 March, 2015

Deborah Services, specialist in the provision of non-mechanical construction equipment, has launched two BoSS sales centres in Peterborough and Rotherham, with the help of Youngman.

The branches will now stock an extensive range of BoSS towers, enabling the manufacturer to meet demand in the region more efficiently. Delivery times will be shortened from five working days to next day.

Roger Hastie, divisional director for hire and sales at Deborah Services, said: “We identified how we could complement the Youngman distribution network by widening BoSS stockholding in our branches, as well as reducing delivery mileage.

“By using a BoSS sales centre, customers can now order for next-day delivery or drop into the branch for same-day collection. Together we are providing a quicker, cost-effective service which reduces downtime and removes the risk of customers using an alternative product.”

Aron Westby, national account manager at Youngman Group, added: “We are continually looking for innovative solutions which enable us to provide first-class customer service. Deborah Services identified a problem and came to us with an ideal solution. We’ll work closely with both their Rotherham and Peterborough branches to continue providing BoSS equipment with increasing convenience for our customers.”
