Lovetts, one of the UK’s leading debt recovery law firms is continuing to streamline the debt recovery process with the launch of a major new web messaging product within Case Manager, its online client website.

Case Manager allows clients to manage all aspects of their legal debt recovery claims, providing complete visibility of all documents, file notes and charges to date (itemised). In the latest enhancement to the system, Lovetts' new web messaging function from the site, allows two-way communication between Lovetts and clients as they are browsing cases. It also includes the capability for clients to transfer documents to Lovetts.
