Seminars offer marketing and sales toolkit

GRAYS: Fitted furniture manufacturer William Ball is launching a series of seminars covering all the essentials of marketing and sales to help its customers boost their sales performance.
The two-day marketing and two-day sales seminars have already been successful at three venues – in Grays, Haydock and Swindon – with each being very well-attended. On the back of this success the seminars will now be rolled out on a quarterly basis, with dates and venues to be announced shortly.
Covering more than simple advertising principles, the two-day marketing seminar takes a comprehensive look at creating an effective marketing campaign for an individual showroom using the ‘seven Ps’ of marketing – product, physical presence, price, place, promotion, process and people. During the course of the two-day seminar William Ball customers will learn techniques for continually revisiting these seven Ps effectively in order to achieve maximum results, to suit the needs of their ever-changing products and customers.
Meanwhile, the two-day sales seminar will encourage delegates to look at customer expectations as part of a structures sales process and critically learn how to clinch and close sales based on best practice from first contact through the entire sales process to completion.
