Clapham Junction house building project

Peabody is seeking a contractor for the design and build of 527 residential properties at its St John's Hill Estate in Clapham Junction.

The houses will be split into medium rise blocks for social rent, shared ownership and market sale. Also included will be a community centre and retail units in three phases. Work will also include soft and hard landscaping, mechanical and electrical services, on and off site infrastructure and Section 278 works. The scheme, which has full planning permissions, has three phases worth an estimated £25m to £30m.
