Six builders win South Wales care home framework

Housing association Linc-Cymru has named its panel of six contractors to build new care homes in the region including a nursing home in Blaenau Gwent.

Over the next four years, Linc-Cymru expects to spend up to £30m building nursing care homes and sheltered housing. The builders are: Dawnus, ISG, Graham Construction, Vinci UK, Wates, and Willmott Dixon.
