F&P Wholesale has been crowned Supplier of the Year award in the plumbing and heating categoryat the 2012 National Buying Group (NBG) Awards.

The award was in recognition of F & P Wholesale’s high levels of customer service performance. The award is voted for by the NBG merchant partners and was presented to F & P Wholesale’s managing director Mark Earnshaw during an awards ceremony at the Sheraton Hotel, Edinburgh.

Commenting on the award win, Mr Earnshaw said: “We are extremely proud to have been recognised by industry members as the NBG Plumbing and Heating Supplier of the Year 2012. Having been named as a runner up in this category for the past two years, the award is a fantastic achievement – especially as there was some strong competition from other leading national distributors and manufacturers in our category.

“We are constantly looking at new ways to provide our customers with an extensive and high quality product range. However, the core focus will always be our service proposition and ‘One Tomorrow’ offering. Providing excellent customer service relies upon every member of the F&P Wholesale team – from sales office contacts to delivery drivers. These service promises and our extensive product range not only keep customers happy, but can also open up even more business opportunities for them.”
