£50m Lincoln council homes repairs contract

Kier's maintenance arm is to provide planned maintenance of council houses in Lincoln.

The city council will partner with Kier Services for the next 10 years to deliver a programme of housing improvements worth £50m.

Kier has worked with the council on its Decent Homes programme since 2005, working on the council's 8000 housing stock, with Aaron Services delivering gas improvements.
