Quintain to start on Greenwich Peninsula

LONDON: Developer Quintain has submitted plans to transform the remaining 140 acres of Greenwich Peninsula.

Quaintain has submitted applications for the first three plots comprising 506 houses due to be considered by the Planning Committee next February.

If consent is granted, construction will start next summer. Quintain is working in a joint venture with Hong Kong investor Knight Dragon with plans to build another 10,000 homes at Greenwich.

The developer also confirmed today that it has drawn-up plans to accelerate the delivery of the first 2870 of the 10,000 homes on 11 residential plots
